I had the pleasure of staying at the InterContinental Malta, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish! From the moment I arrived, the staff especially Catalina made me feel incredibly welcome. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and they went above and beyond by offering helpful local recommendations. The room was immaculate and equipped with everything I could possibly need. While we had a few mishaps during our stay, Catalina ensured that everything was dealt with promptly and efficiently, which made all the difference. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, guaranteeing a great night’s sleep. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. The large spread offered an incredible variety, with something to suit every taste. The quality of the food was outstanding, and the service was impeccable. The amenities were another standout feature. I particularly enjoyed the pool and spa facilities, which were clean, well-maintained, and provided the perfect space to relax and unwind. The location was also ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transport. Despite being situated in a busy nightlife area, the hotel itself was peaceful and quiet. Overall, my experience at the InterContinental Malta exceeded all expectations. I can’t wait to return and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and exceptional service. You’ll be in great hands with the staff especially Catalina!

Overall we had a amazing stay at Intercontinental Malta and would definitely consider going back soon :) Initially, I was sceptical of staying at such a large resort, but it didn’t feel that big at all as the experience felt personalised and the staff knew all the details that they needed to know about us. Highly appreciated the call from Katerina the last day to check up on how our stay was. The staff at the hotel was super nice and helpful. The location was also great, with a lot of restaurants close by. The pool on the 10th floor was nice, although at times it was really hard to find a sun bed. The gym was nice as well, however it would have been great to get some more information on the gym guidelines, like that you need to bring your own towel, water and how to sign up for the gym glasses. The hotel breakfast was amazing, so well-organised and great selection. The first day at breakfast, we received a very warm welcome from Mohammed, who was super helpful and explained the breakfast set up for us. There was never really any waiting time, even though we always went during peak time, clearly the staff is well-prepared and efficient :)

Had a great time on our first family holiday.Location is great for accessing local amenities, shopping centers and transport.Hotel is near lots of night clubs but it can easily be avoided if with family by taking an alternative route to access local shops etc. Hotel serves great food the breakfast bar ,club lounge access allowed free drinks almost all day ,snacks and evening canapés .It really helped with 4 children on board. Customer service was exceptional.Every single member of staff surprised us by exceeding expectations , hospitality,warmth and compassion. Special Thanks to :Hospitality Room Service Team-Ruben -We absolutely loved the animal towels .Will never forget your smile 😊. We stayed at the Intercontinental Hotel in St. Julians Malta with my husband and two children. It was an unforgettable stay. Perfect in every way! We had a room with a garden view which was beautiful - lights lit up in the evening - made it so romantic. The breakfasts were divine - so many varieties of food, drink and fruit, we all had something to choose from. And the Service was perfect. Every waiter and waitress made us feel so comfortable and welcomed. All of our needs were met. Everyone at the hotel was very professional, kind and helpful. The kids loved the pool. It was also a great place to travel to all the tourist destinations around the Island. We felt like Kings and Queens at the Intercontinental and if we ever return to Malta (and we really want to!) we will definitely stay at this hotel. Highly recommend to everyone!

Then the exceptionally sweet surprise that I don’t experience anywhere is the wonderful use of a room scent. It was so nice and unique to experience I called the desk to express gratitude. Sheets and bed softness is my measurements of excellence- Score 20. Then the TV channels were inclusive of many languages and not just news a plus for one that wants to relax in on their stay. The property as a whole is a 10+. Staff and the access of onsite facilities was wonderful from choice of restaurants to drinks and even spa and treatments. Location is important and it ticks all my needs from walk to the ocean option, to shopping or dancing and music venues, as well as a cinema next door.
