The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ensuring our needs were taken care of. Check-in and check-out were seamless and hassle-free. Our room was spacious, well-maintained, and offered a lovely view of the courtyard and outdoor swimming pool. The hotel’s facilities are excellent, including both indoor and outdoor pools, a large gym, and a spa. There are also multiple dining options available on-site. A special thanks to the concierge team for their outstanding assistance.

From before our arrival, Mina could not have been more helpful in assisting us arrange a room to suit our needs and placed us in a fabulous suite which was perfect in every way. Staff in the hotel, especially the Opal Lounge, were fabulous, especially Satya, Bipna, Robert and Momie, who looked after us so well over the week we stayed. It was easily the best family holiday we have ever had, and a large part of this was due to the care and hospitality of the staff, as well as the excellent food and facilities. As a family with three children aged 10-11, we were concerned before we arrived about how lively the area might be, but the hotel is so quiet we were completely insulated from the nearby clubs and bars. It was also so easy to walk to St Julian's and Sliema in the evening, or get taxis to and from Valletta. I couldn't recommend the hotel highly enough.

Last week, we had the most wonderful experience staying at this exceptional hotel in St. Julian's, Malta! From the moment we arrived, everything felt just right. The staff were incredibly warm, professional, and genuinely attentive – always ready with a kind smile and thoughtful suggestions that made us feel truly welcomed. We stayed in a Junior Suite, and it was absolutely stunning – immaculately clean, spacious, and luxuriously comfortable. The large bathroom had both a walk-in shower and a beautiful tub, and the walk-in closet was fully equipped with all the essentials. Everything about the room felt elegant and thoughtfully designed, just as you'd expect from a true 5-star hotel. The view from our room was breathtaking – a peaceful combination of garden, sea, and pool. And speaking of pools, do not miss the rooftop infinity pool – it’s simply out of this world! Floating above the city with panoramic views was one of the highlights of our trip. Breakfast each morning was a joy – fresh, varied, and absolutely delicious. The hotel’s location is also perfect: right in the heart of St. Julian’s, close to shops, restaurants, bars, and clubs. Despite its central position, our room was incredibly quiet – the soundproofing is excellent. There's even a casino on-site for those who enjoy a little excitement (not our thing, but still a fun option to have). InterContinental Malta truly offers something for everyone – but for us, as a couple seeking both relaxation and a bit of vibrance, it was the perfect choice. Every detail was designed to help us unwind and enjoy ourselves without ever feeling bored. Excellent hotel, just a few steps from the beach which has a great seafood restaurant, maybe the best in Malta. This is a huge hotel, with a lot of activities for both kids and parents. We were on a 6 day vacation in May and the kids loved the pools, both indoor and outdoor, the play room and the beach. The breakfast was very tasty and there was something for everyone. We really enjoyed the afternoon snacks in the garden while the kids were playing games in the playroom. Everyone is very nice and super helpful however our biggest thanks goes to Katerina, she made our dream holiday come true.
